Go to ⚙️ Settings → Vobiz SIP — enter credentials → Save → click ⚡ Create SIP Trunk
Go to ✏️ AI Prompt — customise the system prompt → Save
Go to 🤖 Agents — create an agent profile with your business name in the prompt
Go to 📞 Single Call — test with your own number → hear AI greet within 5–10s ✅
